I painted this in my motel room to relax late at night after long days of working Hurricane Andrew Catastrophe claims. CAT is an abbreviation for catastrophe. Hurricane Andrew was CAT-93. I had only been doing watercolors for six months when I created this. I still love it, as I do the first draft which was called 'Spring Bouquet'. The overall size of the piece is 11 x 15.
