Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Coming around a right hand bend on an upgrade on the Denali Highway I spotted this old lodge thru a break in the vegetation that lines that portion of the highway. After jamming on the brakes and backing up I spent a few minutes taking photos and wondering how long the interesting old place had been boarded up. A few hours later, at the Maclaren River Lodges -- MP 42 on the Denali Highway, Susie, one of the lodge's owners explained that it had been closed for over twenty years. It's a great Alaskan story of law suites, illegal sales and North of Sixty Stubbornness. I hope that if Susie happens to read this -- from Kuala Lumpur, that she'll post a little note on the Lodges website. I wouldn't trust myself to get it right. I left this sketch with Susie and Al at the Maclaren River Lodge, a good trade for a lovely cabin with a good hot shower. If you're traveling across the Denali HIghway, stop by the lodge and you might find my first Alaskan watercolor hanging on the log walls.
