Description
Sometimes when you start out to do one thing you end up in another place entirely. I was playing with how I wanted to do the foliage for my full sheet of Millers Barn and simply sketched in a typical old barn for a reference. I liked the foliage so much that I put a wash of color on the barn -- and then another and another... I still haven't started painting Millers Barn, although I have done a couple of good quarter sheets, but isn't it really all about the journey?
