The essence of a summer morning walk in the country. A quick pen and ink sketch followed by watercolor washes and a little splattering. This was painted in a Holbein Multi-Drawing book. I thought the journal was too small, but is encourages you to try BIG things. The paper is very interesting. A different experience, but, I think, a good result.
