Blue Ridge Bounty metal print by Joel Deutsch. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The Lump Overlook is located at milepost 264 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. From late spring until the hay is harvested in August it is a splendid mix of wild flowers and grasses. Many people come to the Lump to fly radio controlled aircraft, and I hear the sunsets here are outstanding. We stopped there on our way to an August camping trip at Daughton Park and happened to arrive on the day of the summer hay harvest.
