In summer of 2008 I promised my wife that I wouldn't attempt any more watercolors of Stone Mountain Falls for five years. Times up! At This is the longest uninterrupted veil of any NC waterfall. Like all waterfalls its different overtime you visit it. Good, better, and I can only wonder what "best" would look like. I started out to do a loose rendition of the subject. I guess that will have to be another draft. I like what developed, I hope you will too.
02/23/2017 - Got this back from the framer yesterday. First time I ever opted for Museum Glass. Now I'll never use anything else. Just thought I'd pass that along. If you want your watercolors to look like it did in the studio Museum glass is worth the much higher cost.
